Not really worth the 10€ each person to go up. We have almost same city view from Acropolis, so definitely not worth the walk nor the funicular price. Full review by Sunshine66046134977

NO....the hill is very steep and long. I forget what area is at the bottom of the hill but some of the neighborhoods were sketchy even in the daytime. When we were ready to go back to the hotel, there were only 2 taxis available each trying to outbid the other to get us to go with them....both gouging. I'm sure there was a better way. Perhaps calling your own taxi or Uber. There is little room to park or turn around once up there so drivers don't like to go. We felt we were hostages after our lovely dinner. I think it cost us $40 to get back to our hotel. Hope this helps. All the best...............
