In one week, we lost nearly half of our unbeaten teams. Week 4 of the college football season was a chaotic mess of the best kind, and it took us from 43 blemish-free programs to a mere 26.

Week 4 of college football didn’t have a ton of huge surprises, but there were a few. Namely Michigan football upending USC, 27-24, with a power run game under new starting quarterback Alex Orji. But given that some teams looked less than impressive, there were a lot of big reactions coming out of this past weekend in the sport.
