David Lammy said there was a "real-time discussion" between allies about how to help Ukraine heading into the winter. Speaking alongside him at a fringe event at Labour's party conference, Ukraine's ambassador to the UK Valerii Zaluzhnyi said lifting restrictions on the use of weapons against military targets in Russia was "critical".
